  I'm not sure why people liked this place. The place itself is charming and very country like. However, after driving almost 2 hours to get there plus petrol I was very upset with the place ....We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to eat our meal. If you like steak and chips that's definitely not the place to go. The steak was tough, fatty and grisly and worse of all it was completely tasteless..no sauce or anything...the chips were soggy and oily; some tasted like pineapple because they put it in the salad. Besides the plate was too small to cut that tough meat. Simply put the place seems to me totally unprepared for these type of meals and for a full house. It was busy so everybody had to wait between 1 ; 1 and 30 or even 2 hours for their meals. Never again we will follow any suggestions from the Queensland weekender show..the one star is for the old dog there...very friendly and smart....got food from everyone...
